Job summary

Franklin Park Alamo Heights seeks compassionate caregivers to join our memory care and assisted living teams in San Antonio. Our person-centered approach emphasizes individualized services and a warm, supportive atmosphere.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, promote independence, facilitate engagement in hobbies and community programs, and support night-shift laundry and cleaning tasks. Training in dementia care is available.

Qualifications

• Caregiver training or experience in a caregiving role.
• Patience and ability to relate to residents with memory challenges.
• Willingness to work as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including dining, dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and transfers.
• Encourage resident independence and participation in activities and hobbies.
• Promote engagement in community programs and events; night-shift laundry and cleaning tasks.
