Franklin Park Alamo Heights in San Antonio, TX seeks compassionate caregivers to provide person-centered care for residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care services. You will support daily living activities, assist residents with mobility, and promote independence within a respectful, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Caregiver training/experience
• Med Tech experience beneficial
• Dependable with patience and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care including ADLs such as dining, dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting and transfers.
• Encourage resident independence and participation in activities and community programs.
• Assist with memory care residents and dementia-related needs; support night shifts with laundry and cleaning duties.
