Job summary

Franklin Park Alamo Heights is seeking a dedicated caregiver for a 6am-2pm shift in San Antonio, TX. You will deliver person-centered care and support residents in daily activities within a memory care setting.

Training in dementia care is provided; work as part of a collaborative team, with opportunities for growth and participating in community programs along with strong benefit options.

Qualifications

• Training and/or experience as a Care Giver or Med Tech.
• Patience and the ability to relate to people with memory challenges.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care using a holistic approach.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Encourage independence and participation.
• Night shift duties include laundry and cleaning equipment.
