Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a full-time Caregiver (Memory Care) to support residents with daily living activities in our California memory care communities. You will work a Tuesday–Saturday shift, 2pm–10pm, with pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

You’ll provide compassionate care, assist with ADLs, transport residents, and participate in wellness programs while upholding safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must maintain First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications as required.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless state requires otherwise.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and escort to meals and activities.
• Support social and emotional well‑being while maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Follow ISP guidance, document shifts, and report changes promptly.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations across the community.
