Zusammenfassung

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with ADLs and daily activities. This role emphasizes compassionate service, safety, dignity, and a person-centered approach within a hospitable environment.

Typical shifts are PRN with weekends; pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, with opportunities to participate in wellness and training programs offered by MBK.

Aufgaben

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly while maintaining independence, safety, privacy, and dignity.
• Read and validate shift reports and ISP updates at the start of each shift.
• Complete all resident assignments as directed in ISP during the work shift.
• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals and mobility.
• Provide safe transport for residents and assist with transfers as needed.
• Monitor residents' safety, well-being, and changes in condition and report promptly.
