Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking a Memory Care Caregiver to support memory care residents with daily activities, meals, and engagement. You will work under the Enliven Director to ensure compassionate, person-centered care in a community setting.

The role requires a CNA or caregiver experience, a high school diploma or GED, and First Aid/ CPR certification. Training and benefits are provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• CNA or experience as a caregiver is required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• First Aid/ CPR Certification required.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, promoting self-care where possible.
• Set up dining room, serve meals, and maintain dining/kitchen areas.
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry as needed or assigned.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and alarms.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Document care using CareStream or equivalent system.
