Regent Court Memory Care in Corvallis, Oregon is seeking empathetic and dependable Caregivers to provide personalized care and companionship to residents living with memory loss. You will support a small group of residents, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certified, Food handlers’ certificate.
• CNA/HCA certified
• One (1) year experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a Patient Advocate: Actively assist nursing staff with direct patient care and respond to resident needs.
• Ensure Accuracy & Safety: Meticulously manage medications, transcribe doctor's orders, and monitor for drug interactions.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Handle crucial administrative tasks, including ordering medications and supplies, and communicating with doctors and families.
• Collaborate and Report: Partner with nursing staff and leadership by reporting any discrepancies to the Director of Nursing.
• Monitor Vitals: Take and record residents’ vitals, and assist in resident care emergencies as needed.
