Zusammenfassung

Westmont Living in Culver City seeks a compassionate CAREGIVER to assist residents with ADL tasks, meals, laundry, showers, transfers and mobility, and to help maintain a safe, homelike environment.

You will work Friday–Saturday 2pm–10pm, receive ongoing training, daily pay options, and access to benefits after 30 days, with competitive wages and a supportive team devoted to quality resident care.

Qualifikationen

• Experience assisting seniors with daily living activities.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes promptly.
• Criminal record clearance and background check.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, bed making, meals, laundry, showers, toileting and mobility.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all residents.
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to supervisor.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent

information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
