Job summary

Westmont Living’s Culver City community is looking for a compassionate caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, meals, and personal care. You will help with housekeeping, laundry, and transfers while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, making beds, serving meals.
• Observing residents for safety and report any changes to supervisor.
• Must pass health screens including TB, drug test, and obtain basic first aid within 30 days of hire.
• Criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks such as dressing, toileting, bathing, and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Support residents with meals and daily living activities as outlined in care plans

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent

information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
