Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. in Culver City is seeking a compassionate CAREGIVER to support residents with daily living activities, meals, and mobility in a warm, homelike setting.

You will join a dedicated team at Westmont of Culver City, receive training, benefits, and opportunities to develop in a senior living environment.

Must pass health screens and background checks; full benefits offered after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, serving meals, and personal care.
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment and reporting changes to supervisor.
• Ability to pass health screens and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Assist with personal laundry, showers, dressing, and transfers.
• Observe for safety and report changes.
• Ensure meals are served and rooms organized.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent

information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
