Juniper Springs Senior Living - Redmond, OR seeks a Memory Care Administrator to lead the community's daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maximize resident satisfaction and occupancy while meeting budget goals.
You will hire, train, and supervise caregivers, coordinate with the Wellness Team, oversee service plans and chart audits, and assist with medication duties when needed. A valid license or willingness to obtain licensure within six months is required.

The Memory Care Administrator leads the overall operation of the community. The Memory Care Administrator is responsible for assuring compliance with government regulations and Compass Senior Living policies and procedures. Elder's family and team members' satisfaction is key in maintaining extraordinary standards of service, quality, and maximum occupancy while meeting and/or exceeding financial goals within the established budgetary guidelines.
