Job summary

Allegro Living, LLC seeks an Activity Assistant (Memory Care) at Alto Clermont in Clermont, FL. This temporary, full-time role supports life enrichment in the Ensemble Memory Care neighborhood through October 31, 2026, with possible extension for the right candidate.

You'll lead person-centered activities, build meaningful resident relationships, and collaborate with the care team to ensure tailored programming while safely transporting residents on outings.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or 21 to drive the company bus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for the state where the vehicle is operated.
• Must possess high energy/enthusiasm, decision making, problem solving, planning/organization, and rapport building skills.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Driving is an essential function of this position.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging, person-centered activities designed specifically for Memory Care residents.
• Create meaningful daily moments — music, reminiscence, sensory experiences, crafts, and movement.
• Build genuine relationships with residents, honoring their individual stories and abilities.
• Support a warm, stimulating environment in our Ensemble neighborhood.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure programming aligns with each resident's needs.
• Transport residents on community outings safely and responsibly.
• Assist the Lifestyle Director in conducting and coordinating scheduled activities seven days a week for all residents.
