• Promote initiatives that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical, and creative expressions.
• Promote and communicate upcoming activities and events to encourage participation.
• Determine appropriate activity levels based on residents' cognitive and physical abilities.
• Must be experienced and educated on the progression of Alzheimer's and Dementia.
• Must be attentive and assertive.
• Memory Care experience preferred.
