Job summary

Allegro Parkland is seeking a passionate Memory Care Coordinator to lead our Ensemble Care neighborhood. You’ll oversee daily operations, mentor a memory care team, and develop individualized care plans for residents living with Alzheimer's and dementia.

This role centers on person-centered, dementia-informed care, requires collaboration with families, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team, and includes ensuring accurate medication administration and meaningful life enrichment programming.

Qualifications

• Med Tech certification is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• CDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner) is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Memory Care or dementia care experience is required.
• Prior supervisory or coordinator experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Deep understanding of Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and person-centered care principles.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Genuine passion for serving residents and families navigating memory loss.

Responsibilities

Allegro Parkland — one of South Florida's most prestigious senior living communities — is seeking a passionate, experienced Memory Care Coordinator to lead our Ensemble Care (Memory Care) neighborhood. This is a role for a compassionate leader who understands that for residents living with Alzheimer's and dementia, every moment matters — and that exceptional Memory Care starts with exceptional leadership.

What You'll Own:

• Oversee daily operations, programming, and care within our Ensemble Care Memory Care neighborhood
