Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous long-term care experience required; memory care experience strongly preferred.
• 6 months–1 year of experience leading or assisting with activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and leading activities.
• Encourage participation through patience and engagement.
• Escort residents to events as assigned.
