You will create opportunities based on residents' hobbies, support expression and movement through creativity, and collaborate with the Activities Director to plan and lead daily programs. This is a compassionate role in a small-town community that values personalized attention.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an activity related or customer service role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience leading a group of people.
• A degree in Recreation, Recreational Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Teaching, or Arts is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Complete daily activities per community calendar.
• Interact with residents to encourage engagement in activities.
• Assist Activities Director in preparing and leading activities.
• Support documentation of participation in activities.
