Job summary

Clinton Place is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan, coordinate and lead meaningful activities tailored to residents living with memory loss at Affinity for Her Memory Care.

You will engage residents with creativity, monitor participation, and support the care team while maintaining a safe, cheerful environment. A high school diploma or GED is required with 6 months to 1 year of related memory care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience).
• 6 months–1 year of experience leading or assisting with activities in a senior living or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead meaningful activities for residents living with memory loss.
• Encourage participation through patience and creativity, and engage residents.
• Escort residents to on-site and community events as assigned and support activity registration.
