The ideal candidate connects with residents, supports daily routines, and collaborates with the caregiving team to promote safety, dignity, and joy for memory care residents.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence).
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training or CNA program.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead memory care activities to engage residents.
• Provide empathetic, person-centered care and companionship.
• Collaborate with care team to support residents' daily routines and well-being.
