Job summary

Civitas Senior Living’s Harvest of Aledo community in Texas seeks a Memory Care Activities Coordinator to design, coordinate, and implement engaging activities that meet the social, emotional, and physical needs of memory care residents.

You will lead enrichment planning, craft newsletters, and promote community engagement. Responsibilities include staff education, resident welcoming, event decor, budgeting, and collaboration with community groups to enrich daily life.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar role.
• Ongoing education in resident engagement and dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and implement engaging activities for memory care residents.
• Create monthly newsletters and calendars for residents and families.
• Educate and inspire staff to foster meaningful connections with residents.
