American Senior Communities is seeking a Memory Care Activity Assistant to enrich residents' lives with warmth and meaningful engagement. The role centers on creating joyful, age-appropriate activities for individuals with Alzheimer’s and memory-related dementia, while supporting the care team and fostering a compassionate environment.

Applicants should demonstrate CARE values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence—and have a HS Diploma or GED, with CNA training preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence.
• HS diploma or GED or 1–3 months’ related experience or training.
• CNA training/competency evaluation program approved by the State.
