Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Burlington, MA is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create meaningful moments for residents, including those with memory loss. You will design person-centered activities, lead small groups, and partner with staff to foster engagement and dignity.

You’ll need 1+ year memory care experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and organizational skills. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

What We're Looking For

Pay Range: 15.92 - 19.90
