Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purpose-driven moments for residents with memory loss. You will develop personalized Life Skills experiences and organize enrichment activities that foster memory, familiarity, and meaning.

You will guide daily resident engagement, review profiles to tailor programs, and collaborate with team members to support participation in structured activities across the day.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities
