Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Boulder, Colorado is hiring a Life Enrichment Manager to design personalized Life Skills programs for residents living with memory loss. You will create meaningful, resident-centered experiences that foster purpose, familiarity, and dignity every day.

Key duties include developing and implementing activities based on resident interests, engaging small groups, reviewing resident profiles, maintaining stations and supplies, and coordinating with staff and volunteers to

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
• You help residents experience purpose, connection, and dignity through structured, resident-centered programming.
