Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to design meaningful Life Skills experiences for residents living with memory loss. You will create personalized activities, lead groups, and organize enrichment clubs to foster purpose and connection.

The role emphasizes resident-centered programming, daily engagement, and collaborative teamwork with staff and volunteers. A High School Diploma and 1+ year memory-impaired senior experience are required, with competitive pay and

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
