Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful moments for residents living with memory loss. You will develop personalized Life Skills experiences, lead groups, and tailor activities to individual resident profiles, promoting dignity and daily engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
• You help residents experience purpose, connection, and dignity through structured, resident-centered programming.
