Sunrise Senior Living in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents, including memory care residents. You’ll organize activities, tailor routines, and support residents to engage with purpose and dignity.

You’ll collaborate with the care team to review resident profiles, lead small groups, and manage program supplies while fostering a warm, resident-centered environment that enhances quality of life.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Pay Range:

15.00 - 18.80
