Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to design and deliver Life Skills experiences for residents, including those with memory loss. You will foster purpose, familiarity and meaningful moments through resident-centered programming and daily engagement.

The role emphasizes coordinating groups, adapting activities to cognitive abilities, and collaborating with staff and volunteers to enhance quality of life. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Pay Range:

16.40 - 20.10
