Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to craft personalized Life Skills experiences for residents with memory loss. You will foster purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments by engaging residents daily in structured activities and leading enrichment clubs.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of memory-impaired senior care experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability. Group leadership is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
