Sunrise Senior Living in Wayne, NJ, is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to design and deliver Memory Care Life Skills programs that give residents purpose, familiarity, and joy. You will lead daily activities, tailor experiences to cognitive abilities, coordinate groups, review resident profiles, and collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality engagement.

This role includes supporting residents to and from activities and maintaining program supplies, with benefits and opportunities described

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
