Job summary

Rose Hills is seeking a Memorial Designer Support to assist with memorial products design, pricing, and order accuracy in Whittier, CA. You will verify orders against designs, create basic memorials, and resolve design issues to ensure manufacturing readiness.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, an AA in Graphic Design or equivalent, and proficiency with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and MS Office. Bilingual abilities are a plus; join a benefits-rich employer.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience as support staff in a customer service environment.
• Minimum of an AA degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent.
• Familiar with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Verify memorial orders against the finalized memorial design before manufacturing.
• Design basic memorial products according to customer requests.
• Ensure designs for pending pre-need dispositions are correct.
• Answer staff questions and solve problems as needed.
• Review charges against memorial orders for accuracy.
• Review layouts for benches and monuments for complete satisfaction.
• Provide feedback on art design and approve photographs for tiles.
