Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to deliver memorable dining experiences from starter to dessert. In this role you welcome guests, provide inspired menu recommendations and ensure seamless service in a fast-paced hotel restaurant.

You will work evenings and weekends, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following health regulations. The position offers competitive pay, full uniform, staff discounts, and training to help you grow with the IHG

Qualifications

Strong to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
Good literacy skills for reading, writing and basic maths.
Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol; must be above the minimum age and fluent in the local language.
Excellent communication skills; must be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.

Responsibilities

Deliver a warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service from starter to dessert.
Keep kitchen area stocked and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
Minimise waste and inform supervisor about unsafe equipment or low supplies.
Take on ad‑hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly.
