Qualifications

• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Good reading, writing and basic maths.
• Night, weekend and holiday shifts required.
• Compliant with local food handling and alcohol laws; age requirements met.
• Warm, welcoming communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and recommend food and drink to tailor experiences.
• Keep service on-track and up to standard.
• Manage supplies and equipment, minimise waste.
• Report unsafe equipment or supply issues to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to local laws.
• Assist with washing up and kitchen duties as needed.
• Address guest queries with advice and information.
• Wear uniform with pride and professionalism.
• Take on ad-hoc duties to support the team.
