About the Role

How your role contributes to that mission: We are looking for a BiPro/Membrane Operator in Jerome, ID. The BiPro/Membrane Operator is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the proprietary ion‑exchange and membrane filtering processes which create whey protein isolates. The BiPro/Membrane Operator position utilizes advanced equipment and oversees crucial production steps to create high quality BiPro whey protein isolate product.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and control processes in the production of high quality/high value whey products, successfully applying learned knowledge of processes and production methods.
• Effectively operate state‑of‑the‑art equipment involved with the isolation of protein products.
• Regulate production factors such as solids, temperature, pH; making adjustments to meet all set points.
• Take frequent readings; accurately logging up to 50 variables per hour.
