Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Jerome, Idaho is seeking a BiPro/Membrane Operator to oversee day-to-day production of whey protein isolates using ion-exchange and membrane filtration processes. You will operate advanced equipment and monitor critical steps to ensure high quality BiPro whey protein isolate output.

The role requires attention to detail, precise logging of process data, and effective communication with supervisors.

About the Role

How your role contributes to that mission: We are looking for a BiPro/Membrane Operator in Jerome, ID. The BiPro/Membrane Operator is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the proprietary ion‑exchange and membrane filtering processes which create whey protein isolates. The BiPro/Membrane Operator position utilizes advanced equipment and oversees crucial production steps to create high quality BiPro whey protein isolate product.

• Effectively operate state‑of‑the‑art equipment involved with the isolation of protein products.
• Regulate production factors such as solids, temperature, pH; making adjustments to meet all set points.
• Take frequent readings; accurately logging up to 50 variables per hour.
