The role involves operating advanced equipment, regulating process variables, and logging up to 50 readings per hour to ensure high-quality BiPro whey protein isolate production. Precision, teamwork, and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to plan, break down tasks, set objectives, and schedule work.
• Strong written and verbal communication with managers and colleagues.
• Ability to accurately scope length and difficulty of tasks and anticipate problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and control production processes for whey products.
• Operate equipment involved with isolation of protein products.
• Regulate production factors such as solids, temperature, pH; adjust to set points.
• Take readings and log up to 50 variables per hour.
