Job summary

Agropur is seeking a BiPro/Membrane Operator in Jerome, ID to run the whey protein isolation line and support high-value dairy production. You’ll operate ion-exchange and membrane filtering equipment and ensure product quality through careful control of process conditions.

You’ll log up to 50 variables per hour, adjust solids, temperature, and pH to meet targets, and collaborate with the team to maintain safety, efficiency, and a strong sense of shared purpose.

How your role contributes to that mission:

We are looking for a BiPro/Membrane Operator in Jerome, ID. The BiPro/Membrane Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the proprietary ion-exchange and membrane filtering processes which create whey protein isolates. The BiPro/Membrane Operator position utilizes advanced equipment and oversees crucial production steps to create high quality BiPro whey protein isolate product.

• Operate equipment and control processes in the production of high quality/high value whey products, successfully applying learned knowledge of processes and production methods.
• Effectively operate state-of-the-art equipment involved with the isolation of protein products.

• Regulate production factors such as solids, temperature, pH; making adjustments to meet all set points.
• Take frequent readings; accurately logging up to 50 variables per hour.
