Job summary

Devoted Health Services, Inc is seeking a Senior Associate for the Membership Operations team in Waltham, MA. You will play a pivotal role ensuring the integrity of member data across enrollment, SNP eligibility, and payment reconciliation, handling retroactive corrections that touch multiple systems and processes.

You will research complex retroactive transactions, build repeatable tooling, and prepare transactions via MARx, MAPD Help Desk, and eRPT.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare experience or familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid requirements.
• Proficiency with data tools, including spreadsheets and SQL.
• Experience writing business requirements or partnering with technical teams on tooling.

Responsibilities

• Research escalated and complex retroactive transaction work using CMS guidance and reasonable judgment.
• Help build durable, self-serve tooling such as playbooks, intake trackers, and adoption dashboards.
• Prepare and submit transactions via MARx, MAPD Help Desk, and RPC via eRPT for relevant dates.
• Monitor aging and risk to prioritize work and manage category boundaries.
• Coordinate downstream remediation to make members whole (claims, pharmacy, premiums, subsidies, notifications).
