UFC GYM Pinellas Park is looking for a Membership Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on increasing membership through various outreach methods including calls and walk-ins. You will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for both new and existing members.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, sales experience, and a passion for fitness. You will greet individuals, assist with inquiries, and solve any member concerns effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is required.
• Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills essential.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and prospective members as they arrive.

• Provide an excellent onboarding experience for new members.
