Job summary

Workout Anytime Radford-Fairlawn is seeking a Fitness Sales Associate to help grow membership through referrals, cold calls, and walk-ins. You will rely on superb customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness to succeed.

You will greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails while providing an excellent onboarding experience for new members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service or sales experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the gym.
