Job summary

The Highland Lakes YMCA in Burnet, TX is hiring a Membership Service Rep to join a fast-paced, family-oriented team. You will greet members, answer phones, perform data entry, and give tours while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have a strong sales background, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a computer-literate environment. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Strong sales background and excellent organizational & communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, be computer literate, and provide good customer service.

Responsibilities
