Job summary

The Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE) seeks a Membership Services Specialist for its Atlanta office. This full-time role requires a positive, confident individual with excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities include payroll deduction reconciliation, membership processing, and maintaining member accounts.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume, multi-client data entry responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service experience with members or clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling payments received through payroll deduction
• Processing membership applications
• Creating new and updating current member accounts
• Maintaining accurate payroll deduction data
• Communicating with school district payroll clerks and MSRs
• Fostering relationships with school system payroll clerks and MSRS
• Providing excellent customer service to members via email and telephone
• Performing duties in a fast-paced, team-centered environment
• Accepting other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned by leadership
