Job summary

The Salvation Army in Augusta, GA is looking for a Full Time Regular front desk/member services associate to provide accurate information on memberships and programs, assist customers in choosing options, and maintain member data with care.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, computer literacy, and strong attention to detail; you\'ll handle software data entry, accounts receivable tasks, and participate in resolving customer service issues.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to learn and use database software.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate information regarding membership types, benefits and costs.
• Assist Customers in choosing a membership or programs that best fits their needs.
• Maintains progressive knowledge of all programs and facilities.
• Enters and maintains all backend information into current software with accuracy to include member financial data and fact check of front desk entries.
• Coordinates and is responsible for all membership reporting into current software including accounts receivable and default payments.
• Updates and maintains electronic and hard-copy files for members and Day Pass Customers.
• Assist in resolving customer service issues.
