This position pays $11.38 - $14.23 / hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMBERSHIP SERVICES COORDINATOR

As a Membership Services Coordinator at one of our YMCA locations, you will be responsible for day to day engagement tasks for new, existing, and potential members. You must be self-directed, motivated, and creative, and work well in a team environment.

You will aid in the creation of program flyers, schedules, and brochures in alignment with the Y-USA branding requirements under the supervision of the Business Director and VP of Marketing. You will be the lead to different member programs to help with bringing in new members, retain current members, and welcome back ex-members. You will, also, assist in the helping with many different volunteer positions and software.

Among the many different requirements, you will need to be knowledgeable of the membership services desk and membership billing.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PART-TIME MEMBERSHIP SERVICES COORDINATOR

  • High School Diploma or equivalent or
  • Three or more years' experience in marketing and or closely related field.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Publisher (or In Design), Microsoft Excel, and Adobe.
  • Skills in website management
  • Skills in social media promotions and advertising
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule when needed
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to pass a drug test
