Job summary

Legends Global, in partnership with the University of Miami, seeks a Senior Manager, Engagement of Hurricane Club to drive strategy, donor engagement and member experience for the Golden Canes Society.

You will manage membership benefits, events, gameday experiences, donor communications, and revenue growth, collaborating across marketing, development, ticketing, and operations. On-site Miami, FL; Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in athletics fundraising or premium sales required.

Qualifications

• Strong donor relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing events, membership programs, or high-level clients/donors preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and athletic events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for Golden Canes Society and Hurricane Club donors.
• Lead donor stewardship, engagement, renewals, and upgrades.
• Plan and execute donor events, gameday experiences, and VIP activities.
• Coordinate donor communications, recognition, and benefits fulfillment.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and ticketing to drive membership revenue.
