Job summary

ModWash is hiring a Guest Experience Member to run daily operations at a location and drive membership sales while ensuring every guest has a legendary experience. You’ll educate customers on unlimited wash options, greet them warmly, and guide them to the best package for their needs.

You’ll work with a team to hit sales goals, keep the site clean, and deliver outstanding service in all weather. Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• A passion for serving others.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service.
• Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present ModWash packages and memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and membership options.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash for 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are clean and presentable.
