Vitality Slim Clinic is a medically supervised weight loss and wellness clinic specializing in medical weight loss, peptides, IV therapy, and body sculpting. We help patients achieve real, lasting transformation—and we're growing fast.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a Patient Care Consultant who can build trust, guide patients, and confidently close programs that change lives.

This is a sales-driven, patient-facing role where you will conduct in-person and virtual consultations, build rapport, understand patient goals, educate on medical weight loss and wellness programs, recommend personalized solutions, discuss pricing, and confidently close memberships and packages. You will follow up with leads, maintain relationships, and track your consultations, conversions, and performance. You are the bridge between our clinical team and the patient experience.

This is open for either a part-time or a full-time position.

We are open to candidates with transferable experience, including medical office roles such as medical assistant, CNA, front desk, or office manager, as well as med spa, aesthetics, and wellness clinics. We also welcome candidates from sales backgrounds like inside sales, memberships, real estate, and fitness sales, along with hospitality or high-end customer service. If you are great with people, confident in conversations, and motivated by results, we will train you.

We're looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence discussing pricing and asking for the sale, and experience in sales, patient coordination, or a client-facing role. You should be highly organized, strong with follow-up, coachable, positive, and performance-driven.

Success in this role looks like high consult-to-enrollment conversion rates, strong patient relationships, consistent follow-up, and steady revenue growth. Patients should feel supported, educated, and confident in their decisions.
