Job summary

Pure Barre in Barre, VT is seeking a Sales Representative to assist the General Manager with new membership sales, client tours, and delivering a positive experience to prospective members. You will build relationships, guide leads through the sales process, and support retention for current members.

Experience in boutique fitness is preferred but not required. The role offers base pay plus commissions, with opportunities for growth and perks such as free studio membership and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing relationships and goals.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Follow up activities with prospective clients.
• Take pictures for social media platforms.
• Light cleaning of retail area, studio, and restrooms.
