Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Membership Sales Specialist at our Lakehills, Texas location to promote and sell campground memberships. This role focuses on meeting sales targets while acting as a friendly ambassador who communicates the benefits of membership.

You’ll educate guests on product options, run inquiries and arrival reports, and coordinate with park staff to drive memberships through engaging presentations and events.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience required.
• Proficient with Word, Google Drive, Email and cloud-based tools.
• Collaborative and detail-oriented with energy.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent communications on phone, email and in person.
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task.
• Real estate license may be required.

Aufgaben

• Promote and sell campground memberships to meet targets.
• Implement membership awareness at the campground via calls, emails, events.
• Identify prospects and move them through the sales cycle.
• Provide expert information on membership products.
• Run arrival reports to identify guests for potential memberships.
• Reach out to welcome guests and introduce yourself as membership specialist.
• Distribute materials at check-in with park staff.
• Attend park events and manager meetings.
• Set appointments for membership presentations.
• Deliver effective sales presentations to guests.
• Curate hot list of top prospects for follow up.
• Obtain member referrals.
• Manage inventory of flyers and proper signage with resort/park teams.
• Report to Area Coordinator on corporate metrics.
• Participate in weekly calls and incentive programs.
• Promote Ambassador Program and staff referrals.
• Write and manage membership contracts for new members.
• Understand current promotions and adhere to contract policies.
