24 Hour Fitness Beaverton is seeking a Full-time Member Experience Associate to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, explain offerings, and tailor friendly, goal-oriented solutions to help members feel confident in their path.

You will greet guests, answer questions, maintain a clean, safe gym, and deliver a high-energy, inclusive experience that motivates progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting them with resources.
• Maintain a clean, safe gym and ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests.
• Deliver a high-energy sales and service experience to inspire members to take the next steps in their fitness journey.
• Support onboarding of new members and help them connect to fitness offerings.
