Job summary

24 Hour Fitness Beaverton is seeking a full-time Welcome Member Associate to greet new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will build genuine relationships, listen to goals, and tailor recommendations that support members' wellbeing while delivering a friendly, inclusive experience.

As the first face they see, you will help onboarding, keep the gym clean and safe, and contribute to a warm sales and service environment.

Responsibilities

Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting them to resources.
Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience with a welcoming, informative, and inclusive approach.
Assist onboarding to connect new members with fitness offerings and programs.
